JobiQ

Terms of use

Pilot version, October 2026. Under review by UAE counsel before the public launch.

The service

JobiQ helps employers describe hiring needs and see the candidates nearest to them, and helps candidates present evidenced profiles and choose which introductions to accept. JobiQ is software; it is not a party to any employment contract.

Pilot

The service is in a pilot. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. It is free to use during the pilot.

Accounts

You must be 18 or over and give accurate information. Keep your sign-in email secure. One person, one account.

Candidates

Candidates never pay JobiQ. You are responsible for the truth of what you claim; JobiQ marks each claim by its evidence and may flag documents that do not match your name.

Employers

Companies appoint JobiQ as their hiring service through an e-signed mandate before introductions. Employers make all hiring decisions and must follow UAE labour law, including that recruitment costs are never charged to workers.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service: no false identities, scraping, harassment, discrimination, or attempts to obtain protected information outside an accepted introduction. We may suspend accounts that do.

Content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You allow JobiQ to process it to provide the service as described in the privacy notice.

Liability

JobiQ provides the service with care but cannot guarantee any hire or the accuracy of what members say about themselves. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
