Hiring without the job title.
Tell JobiQ what you need done, in your own words. It shows you the ten people nearest to that work, each with the proof behind their claims. No job post, no pile of CVs, no swiping.
Built in the United Arab Emirates, in Arabic and English. Free during the pilot. Candidates never pay.
Try it with your own need
Write what you need done, the way you'd say it to a friend. JobiQ reads it, then places forty invented people around it with the same matching code the product uses.
The forty people are invented across the trades UAE employers hire for: accounting, nursing, driving, teaching, engineering, hospitality, design, sales, law, childcare and more.
Or try one
Job titles hide the work.
The needs that matter most rarely have a title: someone who films and edits as well as posts, someone who has already grown a small company into a serious one, someone to run your AI tools while you stay the engineer. Post a title and you get noise. Read CVs against a real need and you are guessing.
Candidates have the same problem from the other side. A document says little about what they can do, and every interview starts from zero.
In the demo above, the person whose CV says "Student" is closer to the Instagram need than the one whose CV says "Social Media Manager". That is the gap JobiQ closes.
How it works
Candidates introduce themselves with proof
A short form, their documents, and a conversation in Arabic or English, by voice or text, with an AI that interviews like a senior HR consultant. Every claim is marked by how well it is evidenced.
Employers describe the need
No title, no job post. The employer talks through what the work is and what good looks like. JobiQ asks a few sharp questions and shows real comparisons until the need is clear.
The Field places the nearest people
Up to ten people sit in the inner ring, each with a plain reason for being there. Proof, fit to the work, budget and the candidate's own preferences decide distance. Nothing can be bought to move closer.
Both sides choose the conversation
The employer asks for an introduction; the candidate accepts, asks a question first, or declines. Then they talk directly.
For employers
Companies and individuals hire through the same flow. A company signs JobiQ's hiring mandate electronically, and is verified automatically when the signer is named on its trade licence.
- Describe the work in your own words, in Arabic or English.
- See who is near, why, and what proof stands behind each person.
- Learn early if your budget cannot reach the people you describe.
- No paperwork, no letterhead, no stamp. One electronic signature.
For candidates
Your profile is a real professional profile, open to the network, built from what you can show rather than the title you last held.
- Introduce yourself by talking, with your documents beside you.
- Get a market range for your work, and know what asking above it costs.
- Decide who gets a conversation. Leave whenever you want.
- JobiQ never charges you anything. Not now, not later.
What we promise
These are written into JobiQ's constitution. A change that breaks one of them is rejected, not debated.
- Candidates never pay.
- No fee, subscription or boost for job seekers, in any phase. UAE law puts recruitment costs on the employer; beyond the law, it is who we are.
- Nobody can pay to be closer.
- The distance function takes no input that money can buy. Paid services can save an employer time; they never change who is near.
- Every claim shows its proof.
- Documented, demonstrated, corroborated or stated. A stated claim is never treated as equal to a documented one.
- Open people, fair maths.
- Profiles are open, like a professional network should be. The matching never reads nationality, age, gender or appearance, and religion is never collected.
- Honest about money.
- Candidates see where their ask sits in the market. Employers are told when a budget cannot draw what they describe. An empty Field is shown as empty.
- Arabic and English are equals.
- Every screen exists in both, right-to-left is designed rather than mirrored, and people may mix languages freely.
How JobiQ will make money
The platform is free while we prove that employers come to depend on it. Candidates never pay.
From the next phase, employers subscribe for the work above the match: automated interview memos on the people in their inner ring, tracking of the hiring journey from offer to visa, and seats for teams that hire often.
No fee depends on whether a particular person is hired. Contingent recruitment fees in the UAE require a mediation licence, and we will only offer them once we hold one or work through a licensed partner.
Where we are
JobiQ began as an Instagram community of about 3,000 people that has already placed people in jobs, by hand. The software turns that manual craft into a system. We are in the pilot now.
October 2026Now
Pilot
Ten invited testers complete their introductions; the JobiQ team checks every match against its own judgement.
Following weeks
Community launch
The Instagram audience joins. First employer subscriptions. Native Arabic review of every screen.
After launch
Paid plans and identity
Employer plans, UAE PASS identity and signatures, background checks with consent.
Later
The full hiring journey
From offer to work permit, visa and Emirates ID, tracked and handled in one place.
Later
Companies as well as people
The same engine for business services: a buyer describes a need, evidenced vendors are placed around it.
Questions people ask
What is JobiQ?
A hiring platform from the UAE. Employers describe the work they need without a job title, and JobiQ shows them the ten people nearest to it from a pool of candidates whose claims have been checked and who have been interviewed by AI.
Is it a job board?
No. There are no job posts, no candidate search and no swiping. An employer describes a need; the Field places people around it with a reason for each position.
Who can use it?
Employers, both companies and individuals, hiring in the UAE. Candidates aged 18 or over who can work in the UAE now or on hire, in any field: white collar, blue collar, creative, technical or domestic.
How much does it cost?
Nothing during the pilot. Candidates never pay. Employer subscriptions for services above the match begin in the next phase.
Is JobiQ a recruitment agency?
No. JobiQ is software. Employers appoint it as their hiring service under an electronically signed mandate and pay by subscription; the software makes the introductions and no fee depends on a hire.
How is personal data handled?
With consent, under UAE data-protection law. Profiles are open to members, but nationality and date of birth are never shown on a profile and never used in matching; an employer sees them only after the candidate accepts an introduction. Candidates can withdraw at any time.
