JobiQ turns a hiring craft that works into software that scales: understand the work, find the person who can do it, prove it.

Mission

Make hiring in the UAE start from the work, not the title, so that employers find people who can do what they need and people are judged by what they can show.

Where it comes from

JobiQ started as an Instagram community of about 3,000 followers that placed people in jobs for free. A job came in by direct message, the team made a short video about it, candidates sent their CVs, the team called and interviewed them, and the best went to the employer.

It worked, but it could not grow, and the knowledge of why a match worked lived in people's heads. JobiQ is that knowledge written down as software: an interviewer that never tires, a way to describe a need without a title, and a fair way to place people around it.

How we are run

A written constitution
Thirteen product principles, including the promises on this site, plus rules for engineering and for the AI agents that help build JobiQ. Changing a core principle requires a new signed version.
Every decision on record
Product, legal and technical decisions are logged with their context and date, so a new team member or an investor can see why JobiQ is the way it is.
Humans review the machine
During the pilot the JobiQ team approves every profile before it can be matched, and records whether the Field's inner ring matches its own judgement.
Gated phases
Each phase has written entry and exit conditions: users, quality, legal review. The next phase opens only when the last one's conditions are met.

We are open to conversations with investors, with employers who want to join the pilot, and with licensed recruitment and PRO partners. We share our governing documents, metrics and roadmap on request.

The name is written JobiQ — short for job IQ. The mark is an orbit: a person drawn toward the work they fit. Please use the wordmark as shown and do not recolour it.
